In this series taught by Dana DeMartino, we will explore the benefits of yoga in an environment that is supportive and fun. We will take the time to work on postural alignment, learn some breathing and meditation, and talk about overall health benefits of practicing Yoga. This is a great opportunity for people who want to try Yoga, but have some barriers to getting started.
